2. Non-Refundable Situations

Certain conditions and project stages prevent the issuance of a refund due to the resources already invested.

• No refunds after final design files (website delivery, source files) have been provided.
• Custom design work completed beyond initial drafts is non-refundable.
• If the client delays the project or fails to provide required content, no refund will be issued.
• Services purchased under discounts, promotional offers, or urgent delivery are non-refundable.

3. Project Cancellation

Clients may cancel projects, but refund amounts vary based on the current stage of production.

• A full refund is issued if a project is canceled before work has started.
• Partial refunds may be considered if the project is canceled after work begins, depending on the stage of progress.

4. Revision & Satisfaction Guarantee

We ensure quality through a set revision process rather than through open-ended refund requests.

• We offer a set number of revisions as stated in your service package.
• Refunds cannot be requested solely because of a change of mind after revisions are exhausted.
